"GPFS is a wonderful resource for flutists (performers, teachers, students) of all levels. They provide a variety of programs and opportunities throughout the year, giving us all fun and educational outlets for our love of flute playing! The board is supportive of all members and their activities, encouraging the spread of information and participation.

"GPFS is an amazing organization. I have found everyone involved to be totally welcoming and encouraging despite my not having any formal flute training. They offer numerous opportunities to attend or participate in a variety of activities (flute choir, sight reading sessions, First Tuesday presentations, guest artist concerts, and the annual Flute Fair to name a few) and seem genuinely happy to have a non-classical semi-professional musician among them.
